30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, and with the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled free of charge within 12 hours of placing them. After 12 hours, a processing fee of $35 USD will be applied. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please email us at shopayzal@gmail.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
Damages, Missing Parts, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it, which may include sending a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom products (such as personalized or special orders), sale items, and gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning the item first. Once the return is processed and approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refund Process
