I love this product! They are made of quality materials! They look great and function great and they are priced great!
I need some longer nipples for the wand holder and a shorter rod for the rain fall shower head. This was on my house in the extra bathroom so I drug my feet on this project and it took me over a year to finish. I bought these a year before I installed them! Even still, they were so great with their communication. Every time I sent an email, when I woke up the next day, I had a reply from them. Sometimes they replied during the day also.
My only complaint is the instructions aren’t super clear and their English isn’t from a native speaker but they resolved everything I needed them to. I will but their projects again for my next house for sure!

I just installed the 8″ square shower head with hand-held shower in our downstairs bathroom and so far I’m really pleased with it. The valve unit is cast brass and all the trim, handles, shower head, etc. are all metal and made really well! Installation went really smoothly and I was impressed with the straightforward design of the cover plate.
I also really liked the design of the hand-held shower unit. By loosening the two set screws, you can remove the the threaded brass nipple completely and install it in the threaded water supply fitting in your wall. Once it’s tight, pop the hand-held bracket and trim back on, level it and tighten the set screws. Perfect! The hose on the hand-held can swivel so no more twisted and tangled hose.
I have two minor complaints – the instructions are really poor (they say nothing about the set screws) so it’s helpful to have prior experience. Secondly, I had to make and install a washer under the large brass nut that holds the shower valve in place. Without the washer, the nut screwed in too far making it impossible to then screw on the dome shaped decorative piece under the main handle.
I’m still giving it 5 stars though because of the low price along with the overall quality. I’ll update this review if I have any problems with it down the road.

After installing a tankless water heater, the temperature in our shower bounced between hot and cold. Really annoying. I was informed that pressure regulation in older faucets sometimes cause these issues. Even friends telling us that they did not use their Rain Showers for long, we still wanted to give it a try.
Function: adjustable temperature, independent of water pressure – awesome
Design: we love the modern design, but judge for yourself
Consumption: 1.46gpm advertised, 3gpm reality – false advertisement
Handheld Shower: brutal on skin in full power, but adjustable, and great for cleaning dirty items
Overall: all of us just love it – never go back

I remodeled my bathroom, so a professional plumber installed everything and had no problem with this rain shower head. It looks beautiful and works wonderfully! Fantastic pressure!
