A year and a half later water started spilling over the outside edges, I thought it needed to be cleaned, but when I took it down the plastic had snapped off the metal piping, cheaply made. Now I can’t find warrenty information anywhere for a replacement part. It’s useless until I can replace the part.
There is a safety feature that stops the mixing value from adding too much or too little hit water. You have to press the button in and turn past the stop, down to the left to cool it off, up to the left to heat it up.
If the lights don’t work, it’s not wired right and if the water isn’t coming out fully from the rain heads or waterfall, clean debris out from installation.
This shower is worth every penny, but it does take special attention.

I am from Colombia, I bought two sets in order to build my dream bathroom. Despide us not been done with the whole bathroom renovation, I’m obsessed the way this is looking for far.
Adding the large format porcelain tile to the gold sprayers and monogram was truly spectacular.
It does call out the shower system to another level.
I never post reviews but this one I had to since this is a 10/10 very well deserved.
I was a little afraid of some parts coming in bad conditions specially because the returning of an item is very difficult from overseas but All the parts came in perfect conditions everything is working fine and we have no issues so far.

I’m rewriting this review as the earlier the hot and cold mixer was not working as it suppose to but when I contacted the customer care, especially named Tony, he acted quickly and replaced the shower mixer without any further cost. We reinstalled and now its working fine. It’s a beautiful shower with lots of pressure and allthe parts working amazing. My kids call this shower from heaven. Strongly recommend this company and in particular this shower.

Installed the rain shower and discovered that the 4 LEDs are not working properly. First they appear to be out of sync as the left and right sides show different colors. Further, the right side doesn’t show red, yellow, or white colors. Instead when those colors should be illuminated on the right side there is nothing.

We went with dual shower system that so far is amazing the only issue is one of the hand held wands does not seem to have the water pressure that the other wand has. Also missing a set screw for the temperature knob
